This is a starting draft covering the essentials for a digital bundle sale. It is not a substitute for review by a lawyer familiar with Indian consumer and IT law — please have it checked before relying on it, especially the license and liability sections.

1. What you're buying

Sellnest Solutions ("we", "us") sells a one-time digital bundle consisting of website templates, a page builder toolkit, an AI website assistant, and video training (the "Bundle"). Full contents are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. License to use

On payment, you receive a license to use the Bundle's contents to build websites — including for paying clients — subject to:

You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Bundle's files or templates as a standalone product.
Each purchase is for one buyer/business. Sharing your download access with others isn't permitted.
There's no per-project or per-domain cap — build as many client and personal sites as you like with it.
The license does not extend to any third-party tool included in the Bundle beyond what that tool's own provider allows — if in doubt about a specific plugin or asset, check with us before relying on it commercially.

3. Payment

Prices are listed in INR and include a one-time payment of ₹499 (or the price shown at checkout). Payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Access details are delivered by email, typically within minutes of successful payment. If you don't receive access within 24 hours, contact support before assuming an issue with your order.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: this is an instant-delivery digital product, so refunds are not offered once access is sent, other than for a broken or missing file, which we'll fix.

6. Third-party tools

The Bundle may reference or include third-party software, plugins, or fonts. Their own licenses and terms apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for changes those third parties make to their own products.

7. Limitation of liability

The Bundle is provided as-is. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including lost business, lost data, or downtime, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction.
